Preorder Marion: A Publication

Marion is a once-a-year publication, its pages contain writing, visual art and creative contributions in whatever form the creative person saw fit to realise them in. The work comes mostly from Skye, Raasay and Lochalsh.

The intention is to be open to as many people as possible by commissions, open submissions, and by accepting a broad range of contributions.

It is a place for fiction, for truth and for fun and a way to share our creativity far and wide whilst fostering ties in our locality and creating opportunities to speak out, listen in and hash out 300 year old disagreements .

We want it first and foremost to be read here but also to go to far far away places and be read in the remote cities so we will be sending it far and wide. It is important that it finds its way into lots of homes and can be found in years to come shoring up the fridge, used as wallpaper and generally finding it’s place in this increasing shit hole of a world.

Marion will be Published once a year on the darkest day (21 December), Collated by ATLAS Arts and invites a new Guest editor each year.
